What to Expect/ What to bring/housekeeping

We are a shoe free zone!
So that we can keep the carpet beautiful and clean, and the yoga room free and uncluttered, we ask you to please take your shoes off on the mats provided and put them in the cloakroom on the shelves provided. Thank you.


Do I need to bring a mat?
There is no need to bring a mat, but if you have one you like to use, then please do. We have regular yoga mats and natural fibre mats for you to use.

I am pregnant. Can I still do the class?
If you are pregnant and attending a class which is not specificaly for pregnant women, please speak to the teacher concerned before the class, so we can make sure you will receive the maximum benefit and also to ensure that the class is suitable for you.


Paying in blocks of classes is usually much cheaper and will ensure that you keep up your regular programme!

Yoga classes are usually £7.50 per class
Other meditation and yoga classes are usually £6.50
