Sadhana Sadhana is the technique of disciplining yourself. It is a practice which resets your cycles and patterns to the rhythm of your ultimate aims and the heartbeat of the Universe. It is a time each day to notice all the negative habits that lead you away from higher consciousness and to eliminate the desires underlying those habits one by one. Sadhana is a conscious activity to access the unlimited potential of your life. It is during the amrit vela, the 2 hours before sunrise, that prana concentrates and physical cleansing is more easily accomplished. Sadhana is led by a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher or a teacher-in-training under the auspices of a qualified teacher. You are invited to join on Mon – Friday at 05.30 for kundalini yoga (05.30-06.15); and chanting Aquarian Mantras (06.15-07.00) and on Saturday and Sunday (please check before coming) for the full aquarian sadhana 6-8.30 which incudes the japji, an hour of yoga and an hour of mantra chanting. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
